Making vibrations and/or reciprocal motion magnetic assembly at least substantially at one end or both ends is attached to flexible element and is limited in its vibrations and/or reciprocation by flexible element.
EFFECT: enabling distribution on vibration instrument external housing and/or any attached to mouth and/or bottom-hole tooling force at outlet from compression and extension of flexible element, substantially, in sinusoidal mode.
