Device for operation as generator of mechanical force close to sine output power, or as means of mechanical excitation with close to sine output power, has longitudinal axis and comprises an elongated inner element axially exposed along longitudinal axis; mass is arranged around inner element and made with possibility of back-and-forth movement relative to it in longitudinal direction; external element around mass and around internal element and relative to which mixture can move axially in longitudinal direction and be held from any significant rotation relative to external element around longitudinal axis; rotary element made with possibility of rotation around longitudinal axis of rotation provide axial reciprocal motion of weight relative to external element; power feed and rotation drive for rotation of rotating element; power output path without impact action or without significant impact action of weight of outer element.
EFFECT: minimized friction forces and/or release of drill string from sticking.
