FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to facilities for information transmission from a well to surface. A system is proposed to transmit well information along a well shaft to surface, including: an adapter at the end of a drilling string; a detector located on the specified place on the surface and interacting with fluid passing via the adapter, to provide the measurement value to the specified place on the surface, correlated with time between changes of fluid pressure in the drilling string; and a well electronic module located in the adapter. At the same time the well electronic module comprises a float valve to create flow limitation for the fluid passing via the adapter. Besides, the float valve controls drilling mud pressure drop in the adapter and comprises a body, a ceramic shell of a seat placed in the body opening, a plate made as capable of axial shift in the body and outside from the ceramic seat, a piston stem connected with the plate and exiting outside the body, and an upper and lower bushings for axial direction of the piston stem in the body. Besides, the system comprises a sensor located in the adapter, to track condition in the well shaft and a brake interacting with the piston stem, for fixation of the plate in at least two static positions during start of drilling mud flow via the adapter and during opening of the float valve.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of using a float valve and reduction of energy expenditures to transmit information about pressure to surface.
