FIELD: electric energy.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electric energy equipment (EE) elements technical condition remote monitoring, namely power transformers, under voltage, and can be used for creation of diagnostic information-measuring systems. Summary: using sensors of electric or electromagnetic field integrated PD pattern is recorded in high-voltage equipment component during at least one operating voltage period with accuracy, providing identification of separate PD. On PD integral pattern complete plurality of PD time moments is fixed. Solving task of integral spectrum decomposition: from complete plurality sub-plurality of PD time moments is selected by numerical analysis, collectively covering entire plurality , each separately satisfying hypothesis on their associating with separate potential defects, which parameters are recorded. Then based on quantitative criteria, taking into account possible defects number and parameters, estimating common technical condition of high-voltage equipment and/or presence of defects in its separate assemblies.

EFFECT: technical result is increased accuracy and reliability of determining technical condition of high-voltage equipment and diagnostics of separate defects in insulation and in equipment structure separate components.
