FIELD: ventilation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ventilation equipment, in particular, to reverse suction-and-exhaust ventilation plants with heat recovery, and can be used for installation in domestic and special purpose rooms. Ventilation plant comprises outer hood, internal module, ventilation duct, which connects inner environment with ambient environment, where external hood outputs to ambient environment, and internal module is to internal environment, whereby there are reverse fan with motor, recuperator, at least one filter and noise silencer, electric control module, which is located in inner module, wherein ventilation duct additionally contains inner housing, whereby there are reverse fan with motor, recuperator, at least another one, filter and which is made with possibility of disconnection from ventilation duct, wherein fan is located on ambient environment side, and recuperator is on inner environment side, and filters are located on inner housing both end sides.

EFFECT: invention aims at developing ventilation plant, in which enables convenient access to plant during repair or preventive maintenance works, as well as providing low level of noise during ventilation plant operation.
