FIELD: personal usage items.
SUBSTANCE: method of folding a pant-like disposable absorbent garment, method comprising steps of: providing a garment defining first and second waist side regions, a waist centre region positioned therebetween, and a crotch region longitudinally below waist centre region. In particular embodiments, method further includes steps of: folding garment along a transversely extending fold line so as to bring crotch region into superposed relation with waist centre region; providing a trough having a floor and first and second side walls; placing waist centre region in trough; and, while garment is in trough, folding garment along longitudinally extending first and second fold lines so as to position first and second waist side regions, respectively, over waist centre region. First and second fold lines are adjacent first and second side walls, respectively.
EFFECT: disclosed is a method of folding of a disposable absorbent article of clothing such as panties.
