Between bottom (3) of capsule and side (4) of filling hollow space (100) is made for placement of granular substrate (101) of beverage. Between substrate (101) of beverage and bottom (3) of capsule filtering element (7) is placed, which contains felt and/or non-woven material with open pores. Felt and/or non-woven material in first area (200) facing substrate (101) of drink has average first size pores, and in second area (201) facing bottom (3) of capsule has average second size pores, wherein first pore size is less than second pore size.
EFFECT: invention provides production of beverage without foam.
