SUBSTANCE: device comprises upper and lower plates for thermal welding, between which film material upper and lower webs are directed, wherein between upper and lower webs upper and lower elements of fastener material are directed, and webs and fastener material elements are periodically supplied in lengthwise direction, wherein between upper and lower fastener material elements mounting plate is arranged, and upper plate for welding is made with possibility of lowering to lower plate at each periodic web supply and fastener material element so that webs and fastener material elements are found between plates for welding and mounting plate. Upper web and upper fastener material element are welded together, while lower web and lower fastener material element are welded together. Device also comprises support plate extending across webs width and extending from one of webs opposite sides, and mounting plate attached to support plate, and also contains resilient support device arranged on one webs side and arranged between support plate and frame for resilient support of mounting and support plates so that plates were moving down and lowering by upper plate for welding in order to accommodate webs and fastener material elements between plates for welding and mounting plate and their welding to each other. At that, resilient support device is made with possibility of lifting plates so that mounting plate was moving from lower plate for welding after webs and fastener material elements welding to each other. Device also includes specified position maintaining device, located on webs one side and between support plate and frame to act on support plate so that plates were kept in specified position and not bent at lowering and lifting.
EFFECT: invention provides quality improvement.
