FIELD: lasers.
SUBSTANCE: in the apparatus for production of plastic bags laser beam emitter emits a laser beam on web sides and belt fastener in order to heat and melt webs sides and belt fastener with laser beam. Web material sides and belt fastener are fed in intermittent mode with preset speed V, which varies in time t. Radiator is controlled based on the principle of anticipatory control to regulate the laser beam on intensity of radiation Q, herewith intensity Q is calculated on the basis of preset speed V to obtain the rated value Q of radiation intensity.
EFFECT: laser beam is adjusted in accordance with the rated value for heating and melting webs sides and belt fastener uniformly, irrespective of variable velocity V.
