FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical industry, specifically to electroplating. Method of producing corrosion-resistant coating on metal surface, mainly for friction contact surfaces of parts made from aluminium alloys involves preparation of surface: degreasing, etching, clarification; formation of anode film and its treatment with a fluorine-containing surfactant epilam. Treatment of anode film with surfactant is carried out in three layers, wherein method includes holding for 15-20 minutes after application of first and second layer, and after application of third layer, method includes temperature control of coating at a temperature of 115-125 °C for 60 minutes.
EFFECT: technical result is improvement of tribotechnical properties due to three-layer application of surfactant of epilam type according to proposed technology.
