FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical processing of inner surfaces using fluorine-containing surfactants, and may be used in aircraft engine production, has turbine production, power engineering, etc. Proposed method comprises feeding working fluid in the form of two-phase flow into hot vane cooling channel. One component of said flow represents fluoro-organic surfactants, i.e. (fluorine-surfactants)-epilame. Air makes another component of two-phase flow. In manufacture and repair, vane is heated to 250-300°C prior to feeding coolant in its channels.
EFFECT: efficient processing of turbine vane cooling channels.
