SUBSTANCE: invention relates to generating an access control policy and configuration of an access control system by means of access control policy. System for generating an access control policy comprises user interface (1) for enabling a user to indicate topic (10) and set of permissions (15), document analyser (2), associating subsystem (3) property finder (5) and document selector (6). Document analyser (2) analyses content of a plurality of documents (11) to find a set of documents (13) relating to topic (10). Property finder (5) analyses content of a plurality of documents (11) to find at least one distinguishing property (12) of documents relating to topic (10). Document selector (6) selects set of documents (13), based on distinguishing property (12). Associating subsystem (3) associates set of permissions (15) with set of documents (13) to obtain access control policy (4).
EFFECT: high accuracy of determining set of documents to which access policy is applied.
