SUBSTANCE: invention relates to computer engineering, automation, communication and can be used in special-purpose digital structures, systems for automatic control and transmission of digital information. Such result is achieved due to creation of an RS flip-flop, in which internal conversion of information is performed in multiple-valued current form of signals.
EFFECT: technical result is faster information processing systems and creation of element base for computing devices operating on multi-value linear algebra principles.
