FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering. For this purpose, a differential amplifier of ambipolar currents, which contains the first and second inputs, first input cascade of current amplification, the input of which is connected to the first input; first output of the first input cascade of current amplification is connected to the input of the first current mirror, matched with the first power bus; second output of the first input cascade of current amplification is connected to the input of the second current mirror, matched with the second power bus; device output is connected to outputs of the first and second current mirrors. Circuit includes the second input cascade of current amplification, its input is connected to the second input of the device, first output of the second cascade input of current amplification is connected to the input of the third current mirror, matched with the first power bus; second output of the second input cascade of current amplification is connected to the input of the fourth current mirror, matched with the second power bus; wherein the output of the third current mirror is connected to the input of the second current mirror, and the output of the fourth current mirror is connected to the input of the first current mirror.
EFFECT: technical result: creation of a power saving device for amplification of the difference between two input currents and suppression of their in-phase component.
