SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in various devices for processing sensor signals. Two additional transistors are introduced into the input cascade of the high-speed differential operational amplifier, the collectors of which are matched with the second power supply bus, the bases are matched with the device inputs, and the emitters are connected to the first power supply bus through additional reference current sources. The bases of the first and second output transistors are connected to the second power supply bus through additional reference current sources, connected to the emitters of the second and third input transistors, respectively, through potential matching circuits, and are also connected, respectively, to the emitters of the first and second additional transistors through corrective capacitors.
EFFECT: increasing the limit values of the maximum output voltage slew rate in the operational amplifier (OA) with the proposed input cascade for both positive and negative polarities of the input pulse signal without deteriorating the energy parameters of the OA in the static mode.
