SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to wireless devices and can be used for monitoring of patient's physiological data and transmitting data on parameters to control system. Personal area network (13) comprises plurality of wireless medical devices (12), which monitor patient's physiological data and/or deliver therapy to patient. Each medical device (12) comprises location control module (46) which controls transceiver (40) so, that it can operate according to working profile, associated with geographic region, in which device (12) locates at present. Working profiles contain at least one of transmission frequency, coefficient of filling and maximum transmitted power, as authorized by local regulatory requirements. Wireless hub (10), as part of personal area network (13), communicates with wireless medical devices (12) and matches with their infrastructure network (30). Hub (10) comprises location control module (46'), which receives current geographic location and determines corresponding geographic region and receives working profile(s) matching region. Hub transmits working profile to wireless medical devices (12).
EFFECT: group of inventions provides continuous monitoring of patient's physiological parameters due to creation of intranet communication, providing transfer of working profile, corresponding to defined geographical area, to neighboring wireless device.
