FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices intended, substantially, for protection of Earth's air basin against carcinogenic gases and precipitation, escaping from protruding into sky industrial plants (or enterprises) pipes in metallurgical or chemical industry, including boiler, CHP, etc. Method of air basin complex cleaning of production wastes/emissions from pipes is performed in closed and continuous mode. Latter is coordinated with duration of cycles of repair, preventive maintenance, maintenance, replacement or cleaning of main vessels or equipment of treated and/or treating products of production facilities. That is, the longer cycle of cleaning, removing wastes/emissions or main equipment and containers repair, the large overall dimensions reserve containers shall have, in order to air basin cleaning process was not interrupted. Technical result is creation of sealed containers multilevel cascade (for example, in form of reservoirs, storages, collectors or basins), isolated from outer air or water environment with, usually, multi-stage automatic, semi-automatic or manual adjustment of cleaning processes of harmful gases or compositions (emissions) without using protruding in sky pipes, wherein redundancy of main elements, assemblies, units, plants and tanks is carried out both on principle of redundancy in scale of 1:1, and, possibly, and in reduced by dimensions versions. Latter is coordinated with duration of cycles of repair, preventive maintenance, maintenance, replacement or cleaning of main vessels or equipment of treated and/or treating products of production facilities.
EFFECT: technical result is achieved by creating of sealed containers multilevel cascade (for example, in form of reservoirs, storages, collectors or basins) isolated from outer air or water environment with, usually, multi-stage automatic, semi-automatic or manual adjustment of cleaning processes of harmful gases or compositions (emissions) without using protruding in sky pipes, wherein main elements, units, units, plants and tanks is carried out both on principle of redundancy in scale of 1:1, and, possibly, and in reduced by dimensions versions.
