SUBSTANCE: method of generating of multispectral video signals includes recording of reflected or emitted by the flow in several zones of the optical spectrum. At that after splitting of input radiant flux into two identical fluxes; each of them is passed through broadband optical filters OF₁ and OF₂. Thus, spectral characteristic of the first OF₁ covers a wide spectral section from λ₁ to λ_i, a spectral characteristic of the second OF₂ covers a wide spectral section from λ₁ to λ_i+1, which satisfy the condition on the width of the zone of registration in the form of (λ_i+1-λ₁) > (λ_i-λ₁). Then convert radiant fluxes and generate two multispectral video signals U₁(λ) and U₂(λ). Fulfill subtraction of the first zone signal from the second one and form amplitude values of the third zone signal U₃(λ), which correspond to more narrow zone of registration (λ_i+1-λ_i). After that process multispectral video signals and analyze them.

EFFECT: technical result consists in provision of high signal/noise ratio by registration of input radiation flux in a wide spectral interval zones with formation of additional multispectral signals in narrow areas of registration of radiation flux to increase accuracy of selection and recognizing of objects.
