FIELD: electrical communication engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of multispectral television, using the registration of the reflected or radiated flux in several areas of the optical spectrum. Method for generating digital spectrozonal television signals consists in isolating optically from a light flux in general λ1÷λMax. spectral range of n spectrozonal light fluxes in wavelength intervals λ1÷λMax., λ2÷λMax., …, λn÷λMax., where λ1<λ2…<λn<λMax., in the formation of electrical signals proportional to the brightness of light in the elements of spectral images, converting them into the corresponding digital codes U1, U2…Un and calculating the difference of digital codes Uout 1=U1-U2, Uou t2= U2-U3, …, Uout n= Un-1-Un. Output codes of digital spectral television signals corresponding to narrow registration areas λ1÷λ2, λ2+λ3, …, λn-1÷λn, are formed in accordance with the expressions U*out1=(Uout1+Umax.)/2, U*out2=(Uout2+Umax.)/2, ..., U*out n=(Uout n+Umax.)/2, where Umax. – the maximum possible value of a digital code.
EFFECT: improving the accuracy of the formation of digital spectral television signals by maintaining the shape of the output signal and its polarity in the case of a negative difference between the compared digital codes, respectively.
