FIELD: communication.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mobile communication. Method includes the steps of: determining by gateway (HeNB GW), that it is necessary to set multiple SCTP communication lines between HeNB gateway and one mobility management entity (MME), and assigning different global identifiers of eNB (ID eNB) for S1 interfaces in different SCTP communication lines with one MME; establishing by HeNB gateway multiple SCTP communication lines between HeNB gateway and the MME; and for each established SCTP communication line notifying HeNB gateway by the MME upon configuration information of upper level applications produced by a SCTP communication line with the help of S1 setup request, and establishing S1 communication line over the SCTP communication line.
EFFECT: technical result is improvement of a gateway stability in a femtocell system in the long term evolution (LTE) mode.
