SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an automatic conveyor of a laboratory automated system for transportation of containers with a biological preparation, for example, test tubes. Described is process plant (1) of devices (3, 31, 32, 35-37) for transportation of containers (4) of a biological preparation containing main lane (2) for movement of the said transportation devices (3, 31, 32, 35-37) and auxiliary lane (5) for movement of the said transportation devices (3, 31, 32, 35-37) connected to each other by means of connecting strips (7a, 7b). Said process plant (1) comprises deflecting assembly (20) of the said transportation devices (3, 31, 32) from the said main lane (2) to the said auxiliary lane (5) and return assembly (30) of the said transportation devices (3, 35-37) from the said auxiliary lane (5) to the said main lane (2), herewith the said deflecting (20) and return (30) assemblies are equipped with means (6, 9, 10, 11a, 11b, 13) to provide continuous motion without stopping the said transportation devices (3, 31, 32, 35-37) between the said main lane (2) and the said auxiliary lane (5).

EFFECT: aim of the invention is acceleration, identification and a continuous process of deflection of transportation devices from one lane to another one inside the plant.
