FIELD: manufacturing technology.

SUBSTANCE: proposed paper products (N) dispenser (10) contains plurality of walls defining dispenser (10) inner part (12), wherein inner part (12) is made with possibility to store paper products (N). Two dispensing holes (20a, 22a) are arranged in opposite to each other walls (20, 22) made with possibility to provide access to paper products (N) in inner part (12). Dispenser also comprises displacing element (36) and two supporting elements (30, 32). Supporting elements (30, 32) are made with possibility to provide support to paper products (N), and displacing element (36) pushes each supporting element (30, 32) to one of dosing holes (20a, 22a). Dispenser (10) has geometric center (C), determined by distance between dosing holes (20a, 22a), and each supporting element (30, 32) is made with possibility to move outwards to one of dosing holes (20a, 22a) and inwards from it. At least one of the supporting elements (30, 32) can freely move in internal direction, reaching at least geometric center (C).
