FIELD: personal use articles.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hoppers of sheet items and comprises controlled mechanisms of batching. A sheet item feeder includes a mechanism of sheet item feeding, connected to a step DC motor, besides, this mechanism issues a sheet item from a feeder in process of batching process; and a control unit, which controls the step DC motor to move a sheet item with a gradually rising acceleration during a portion of the batching cycle.
EFFECT: invention ensures minimised damage and jamming of an item by control of acceleration and slowdown of item sheet speed in process of batching.
