SUBSTANCE: invention represents a composition containing: (1) chitosan hydrogel comprising cross-linked chitosan and water; (2) water-immiscible oil dispersed in hydrogel, in amount of 10 to 50 % by weight and (3) an emulsifier, suitable for producing emulsion of oil-in-water type and selected from nonionic surfactants and phospholipids.
EFFECT: technical result of disclosed emulsion composition of chitosan is preventing aggregation and/or merging of material dispersed in cross-linked chitosan.
