SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery, and can be used for treatment of operated patients with diabetic foot syndrome. Treatment of patients consists in staged medicamental treatment, with the purpose of thrombolytic, antibacterial and vascular preparations according to the schedule, including daily introduction of urokinase. In this drug-induced therapy is corrected by changing a dose of the preparations during bandaging manipulations on 5, 10, 15 days after operation, by clinical assessment of patient's state and characteristic visual features of tissue hypoxia degree in the wound and wound around, corresponding to a certain number of units "oxygen sag", that is the degree of reduction of O₂ in capillary blood from the wound. As "oxygen sag" is considered reducing of the level of partial pressure O₂ relative to norm equal to 80 mm Hg, and the estimated "oxygen sag" in units, per oxygen unit is taking reducing of partial pressure in capillary blood of wound at 5 mm Hg, clinically significant oxygen sag is accepted by 7 units (35 mm Hg).

EFFECT: invention provides reducing length of inflammatory terms in wound, wound cleansing from necroses, growth of adequate granulation, epithelization of wound.
