FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery. After preliminary treatment of wound base membrane "Collost" cut in size of defect is laid in it, completely filling cavity of wound. Membrane is fixed with non-traumatic non-absorbable thread, wherein membrane "Collost" is preliminarily soaked in warm, not exceeding 40°, sterile 0.9 % sodium chloride solution for 5–7 minutes. Then on 6 day free-radical oxidation is determined by chemiluminescence method, and if indications are below 0.96 relative units, ozone therapy is performed by intravenous administration of 0.9 % isotonic sodium chloride solution in an amount of 200–400 ml with ozone concentration of 8–10 mcg/ml, procedure length is 1.5–2.0 hours, therapeutic course is 5 procedures.
EFFECT: method enables fast and manifested anti-inflammatory effect.
