FIELD: sports.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to physical culture and sports and is intended for tactical-technical training sportsmen of playing sports. Above a court at a given height a video camera is installed, a cannon is installed, for which set are required directions of sports projectiles ejection to preset points of the court with a preset speed and rate of their ejection. Using a computer touch screen, where the court is displayed, set is the sequence of the court zones, where to the sportsman should direct the sports projectile playing a specified tactical combination. Sportsman is placed in a game center, the cannon ejects the sports projectiles in accordance with the specified tactical combination, a computer controlled by a light radiator after each ejection of a sports projectile creates on the court surface in a preset point a light spot of a specified diameter. Sportsman moves to the point of the expected incidence of the sports projectile, performs a given technique directing the sports projectile into the center of the formed light spot and returns to the game center. Sports projectile flight and its point of incidence are registered by a video camera, the video image is transmitted to the computer. Computer calculates the position of the light spot center and the sports projectile point of incidence center, the distance between the light spot center and the sports projectile point of incidence center. Upon completion of the tactical combination playback the computer stores in the archive the sequence of generating light zones of the specified tactical combination, calculates the arithmetic mean value of the calculated distances between centers of the light spots and points of incidence of the sports projectile, the calculation results are logged in the archive and displayed on the monitor. Arithmetic mean value is used to estimate the accuracy of technical actions.
EFFECT: method allows to train a sportsman playing skills, increase his tactical-technical preparation, apply an individual training process by simulating various complexity of the game situation, increase efficiency of training approaching its conditions close to the game ones.
