FIELD: sports.
SUBSTANCE: software and hardware complex forms a light route of movement of the athlete on the playing field, which consists of a chain of several individual control light zones with contrast borders. The athlete must maintain the dribbling in such a way that each pushing the ball is performed at the time of its location within the control zone, as close as possible to the centre. The distance between the geometric centres of the zones is set by the software and hardware complex as equal or different, but always a multiple of a running step of the athlete at a predetermined speed of the exercise performing. The centres of the control zones are arranged one behind the other in a straight or a non-straight line. The non-straight linear location of the zones enables to train the skill of dribbling with the change in the direction of travel on the field. To train different muscle force when pushing the ball by one or more steps the athlete moves on the proposed route and pushes the ball ahead through the centre of the next zone on the route. The strike on the ball shall be of such strength that, without changing the running speed and the length of the running step, the athlete may touch the ball a second time at the moment of its stay in the centre of the area of the next control zone. To approximate the conditions of training to the real game and training skills of dribbling in an unpredictable environment, the route located in front is changed by software or formed I front of an athlete only at the moment of its step in the control zone, where the contact with the ball should occur. The software and hardware complex fixes deviations of movement of an athlete and its sports equipment from the centres of control zones, the distance between the points of contact of the ball and the centre of the control zone in which the athlete performs pushing of the ball is calculated. According to the arithmetic mean value of the calculated distances and the size of control zones the ability of the athlete to dribble with feet on the playing field is assessed.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of teaching the skill of dribbling on the playing field through the possibility to control, measure and evaluate the performance of this skill.
