FIELD: veterinary science.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to veterinary microbiology. Method for producing allergen for differentiating dried purified tuberculine nonspecific reactions for mammals is proposed. Method comprises growing Mycobacteria m.Avium strain 2282 (3rd Ranion group), M.scrofulaceum (2nd Ranion group) and M.fortuitum (4th Ranion group) separately on a liquid nutrient medium Soton at temperature of 37-38 °C for 4-8 weeks and their inactivation. Protein from a culture filtrate of each strain is separately deposited with trichloroacetic acid to the final concentration of 6-8 %, followed by dialysis of protein solution, filtration through membrane plates (Immersible CX-10), mixing protein solutions in equal portions by content of activity units (u), filtration, stabilisation and packaging.

EFFECT: method provides higher purity of the preparation and higher quality of differential diagnosis of dried purified tuberculin nonspecific reactions for mammals.
