FIELD: biotechnology and veterinary immunology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology and veterinary immunology. A complex allergen for the diagnosis of paratuberculosis is proposed, including tuberculoproteins of the avian mycobacterium species M. Avium No. 22-82 and tuberculoproteins of the strain M. avium supspecies paratuberculosis No. 19698 ATCC in equal volumes of 50:50 in equivalent activity with a total protein content of 1 mg of protein in 2 ml solvent.
EFFECT: invention provides expansion of the arsenal of means for in vivo diagnostics of paratuberculosis in animals and increase in the efficiency of an allergic intradermal tuberculin test in animals infected with paratuberculosis.
