METHOD OF MANUFACTURING ALLERGEN FOR DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSTICS OF PARA-ALLERGIC REACTIONS IN CATTLE TO PPD TUBERCULIN FOR MAMMALS Russian patent published in 2015 - IPC A61K39/04 

FIELD: veterinary medicine.

SUBSTANCE: method of manufacturing allergen for differential diagnostics of para-allergic reactions to PPD tuberculin for mammals consists in the fact that for the separate deposition of protein, trichloroacetic acid to a final concentration of 6-8 % is taken from the culture filtrate, the protein solution is left for 12-20 hours at a temperature of 4-6°C, centrifuged at 4-8 thousand rev/min for 30 minutes, dissolved in distilled water with pH 7.0-8.0 and the resulting protein solution is put on dialysis through a cellophane wrapper against demineralised water for 12-24 hours, after which 0.2-0.3% phenol is added for stabilisation, the preparation is sterilised and packaged in its native state.

EFFECT: reduction of time of manufacturing the complex allergen from atypical mycobacteria, improving the quality of differential diagnostics of PPD tuberculin for mammals, and enables to reduce the economic damage from forced slaughter of animals reacting to PPD tuberculin.
