SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and can be used for improving productivity of cultivation of microalgae Chlorella. Method comprises treating of microalgae Chlorella vulgaris IFR № C-111 by ozone-air mixture with ozone concentration of not more than 7.2 mg/m3 during 6 minutes a daylight on the first and second days after sowing.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase output of biomass of microalgae Chlorella vulgaris IFR № C-111.
