FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measuring equipment and can be used, in particular, in a control system for electrohydraulic and electromechanical drives of aircraft, where information on movements of actuating links is required. Core: the sensor comprises: a housing, a tube, a coil on a frame from a nonmagnetic material, a movable core made from a magnetically soft material, which is connected mechanically to the controlled object by means of a nonmagnetic rod. Coil comprises two stepped measurement windings and an excitation winding made by a wire along the whole length of the working stroke of the sensor. Rod and the sensor tube located inside the coil of the sensor are made from titanium alloys VT3-1 or VT5-1.

EFFECT: reduced temperature error and improvement of symmetry of the output characteristic of the sensor.
