The stated result is achieved by the encoder enabling data encoding in accordance with various characteristics of BCH codes, such as the amount of corrected errors, the data length; enabling processing of data input on the encoder from a data bus in parallel and output control information bits, also in parallel; using multi-input adders with a binary tree structure, thereby allowing for a significant reduction in the calculation delay.

EFFECT: creation of a parallel BCH encoder with reconfigurable correction capacity, exhibiting increased efficiency, operation speed, functionality, and versatility.
