Device comprises an array of AND elements, a circuit of series-connected parallel IIR filters of the first order, a circuit of series-connected parallel FIR filters of the first order.
EFFECT: technical result is provision of coding for various characteristics of Reed-Solomon codes during operation, adjustment of correcting capacity depending on purpose, as well as data processing in parallel code.
