FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to making powdered products of plant raw materials and can be used in food and pharmaceutical industry, as well as in agriculture. In the course of the method implementation, prepared plant raw materials are fed into drying chamber 6, in the lower part of the chamber the feed is broken by activators 7 and 8 to obtain the required size of particles and dried in the flow of gaseous heat medium at temperature of 80-165°C, moving in drying chamber 6 in ascending direction at the rate of 1.0-1.5 of the particles free-falling velocity. Then the particles are carried away with the flow of gaseous heat medium from the drying chamber 6 to cyclone 11 for collection of powder product. At that, the flows of gaseous heat medium generated at the output of each heat generator 3 or 4 enter the lower part of the drying chamber 6 opposite to each other, flow rate of the gaseous heat medium fed into cyclone 11 from drying chamber 6 is set within the range of 18-25 m/s. Installation contains a unit for preparation of plant raw materials, two heat generators 2 and 3 with outlet pipes 4 and 5, drying chamber 6. In the bottom of drying chamber 6 there is a grinder made as activator 7, and in top there is the output nozzle 9 connected to the cyclone 11 for collection of powder product. In the lower part of the drying chamber 6 there is an additional grinder in the form of additional activator 8 arranged opposite to said activator 7. Outlet branch pipe of each heat generator 2 and 3 adjacent to the drying chamber bottom 6 with rear side of the corresponding activator 7 and 8, and the nozzle outlet branch pipes 4 and 5 of every heat generator are directed opposite each other. Output nozzle 9 of drying chamber 6 is equipped with valve 10 to adjust flow passage of the outlet pipe 9.
EFFECT: use of the group of inventions allows production of fine powdered product of plant raw materials.
