FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: preliminarily prepared milled biological raw stock is stirred until obtainment of a homogenous mass, delivered into the drying chamber where it is additionally milled for obtainment of set size particles by way of mechanical grinding on a rotary activator and dried in a flow of gaseous heat medium with temperature equal to 80-165°C, the flow moving upwards at a velocity (Vdc) equal to 1.0-1.5 of the particles free-fall velocity. Then the said particles are discharged (through the drying chamber output nipple) into the cyclone for collection of the powdered product. The flow of gaseous heat medium is introduced into the drying chamber from the activator rear side in the direction of the baffle surface, the velocity (Von) of the gaseous heat medium flow being supplied into the cyclone from the drying chamber in the drying chamber outlet nipple is set within the range of 18-25 m/s depending on the source biological raw stock parameters. The installation for implementation of the proposed method contains a unit for preliminary preparation of biological raw stock that is equipped with a mixer as well as a heat generator with an outlet nipple and a drying chamber. A milling device is positioned in the bottom part of the drying chamber, the device represented by a mechanical activator installed so that to enable rotation; in the top part of the chamber the outlet nipple 6 is installed that is connected to the cyclone for the powdered product collection In the bottom part of the drying chamber there is a baffle surface for biological raw stock particles that is positioned opposite the activator and slanted at an angle of 30-60° relative to the latter's axis. The outlet nipple of the heat generator is adjacent to the bottom part of the dying chamber from the activator rear side with the outlet nipple nozzle turned towards the said baffle surface. The outlet nipple of the drying chamber contains a valve for adjustment of the outlet nipple clear opening.
EFFECT: invention allows to produce a finely dispersed powder with a high purity degree, possessing a high biological value with preservation of the vitamin and enzyme composition and of the source biological raw stock organoleptic properties.
