SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to orthopaedic dentistry, and can be used for medical rehabilitation of abutment teeth odonton in prosthetics by fixed dentures. For this purpose, after preparation teeth are alcoholized by dentinoseal liquid, are slightly dried and are coated with fluorine polish. Then, first, third and fifth days of treatment magnetotherapy is carried out by alternating magnetic field with induction intensity of 20 Mt and frequency of 50 Hz for 15 minutes. Injections are made along the transitory fold near each abutment tooth, a dose of 6.6 ml is uniformly distributed by composition of solutions of homeopathic preparations Traumel-C, Ubichinon compositum and Mucosa compositum in equal proportions. For one month two times a day one pill of the Calcoheel-C and Calcemin is taken. Prior to constant fixation of the prosthesis the surface of the tooth stump is treated with Gluftored, and then it is coated with a mixture of primer/bond.

EFFECT: method provides increase of prosthesis efficiency and longer preservation of dentures, reduced risk of complications from the side of abutment teeth odonton at fixed prosthetics due to optimally chosen rehabilitation treatment of all separate biological and bioenergetics fragments of the dentition - odontons, including the facetted abutment tooth with surrounding its periodontium tissues and environmental medium containing mixed oral fluid.
