FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to dentistry, and can be used in treating inflammatory diseases of pulp. Proposed method for complex treatment of root canal system in treating pulp inflammatory diseases involves the following stages of root canal treatment: sodium hypochlorite solution with concentration 0.5–1.0 % and volume 1–15 ml; photodynamic therapy with ultrasonic activation of the photosensitiser; distilled water; aqueous solution of chlorhexidine with concentration of 0.12–1.0 % and volume of 1–20 ml; wherein all processing steps are carried out with ultrasound activation with frequency of 20–40 kHz and observing time intervals of not more than 3 minutes, taking into account that each treatment step is performed for 3 to 10 minutes.
EFFECT: technical result: providing high quality of treatment, providing reproducible results of drug-induced treatment with certain quantitative use of components of solutions and certain conditions of carrying out and a certain sequence of stages of drug-induced treatment, which excludes a degree of negative effect of preparations.
