SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biochemistry. Disclosed is a heat exchange module for use in chemical, pharmaceutical or biological reactor. Heat exchange module comprises a flexible container with mixing system and a body with a central chamber to accommodate flexible container, wherein body is configured to be arranged in reactor vessel. Body with a central chamber comprises an outer surface configured to match shape of reactor vessel, heat-conducting surface configured for contact with flexible container, and a solid partition passing in central chamber, and heat exchanger on outer surface of said body. Heat exchanger comprises a channel for fluid medium circulation through which heat exchange fluid medium circulates around periphery of body and into channel, and from channel made in solid partition.

EFFECT: invention provides for removal of large amount of heat generated by microbial cell cultures.
