SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method and device for electrostatic connection of coaxial tubular structure. External pipe includes electrically conducting material and has inner surface. Inner pipe includes electrically conducting material and has outer surface. Inner pipe and external pipe are arranged to create a channel. Binding structure containing electro conductive material, arranged in such a way, to generate mechanical contact and electrostatic connection between electrically conducting materials on pipes. Binding structure is in contact with inner surface of external pipe in several first points and with external surface of internal pipe in several second points.
EFFECT: higher reliability of device tubular structure.
