SUBSTANCE: disclosed is clamp lever for use in remote spacer-vibration absorber for separation of split transmitting wires, having one far end part, intended for wire supporting, and other end part, equipped with end section, which is made with possibility of arrangement, during use, in interacting cavity in frame, wherein clamp lever comprises lever element (1) and holder element (2), wherein lever element and holder element, when attached, are made with possibility to grip wire, during use, wherein lever clamp additionally has clamp insert (5), made with possibility to embrace wire, when clamp lever is in closed position, during use, around wire, and clamp insert is made of synthetic semiconducting elastomer, suitable to grip wire at temperature exceeding 130 °C.

EFFECT: invention enables decreased destruction of wires.
