Cleaning element unit head plate is located in recess and is connected to head section; pressure sensor is located near rear surface of fused substrate. Toothbrush comprises indicator, operably connected to pressure sensor to generate signal, perceived by user, upon detecting pressure by pressure sensor, which exceeds preset limit value.
