SUBSTANCE: disclosed device for oral care comprises handle, head connected to handle and having main structure (130), having front surface (131), rear surface (132), islet projecting from back surface of main structure, and passage extending through main structure from front surface of main structure to rear surface of island. Device contains elastic soft tissue cleaner (170) located on rear surface of main structure, which contains hole, through which islet, mass (180) of first elastic material arranged in passage so that first section (181) protrudes from head front surface, and second section (182) of mass comes out of island, at that, islet isolates elastic soft tissue cleaner from mass, and multiple teeth-cleaning elements (105).
EFFECT: device provides improved cleaning action during cleaning.
