SUBSTANCE: disclosed is device for oral care containing handle; head connected to handle, wherein head comprises main structure with front surface and opening in front surface; bearing element having front and rear surfaces, wherein bearing element contains multiple teeth-cleaning elements extending from front surface, wherein bearing element is supported with possibility of being moved above front surface of main structure so that there is gap between back surface of bearing element and front surface of main structure; and spherical element located in opening so that first section of spherical element protrudes from head front surface into gap and changes movement of bearing element relative to head.

EFFECT: device provides improved cleaning action during cleaning.
