FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: device is intended for use in automatic determination and monitoring parameters of medium voltage electric network and adjustment of zero-sequence circuit by creating of short-term artificial perturbation. Control current application device includes capacitive accumulators with capacitors charge circuit, connected in parallel to of arc-suppressing coil signal winding through controlled switches, as well as switches control unit. Switches control unit alternately opens switches, generating series of alternating current pulses in signal winding, which repetition frequency within series is close or equal to network zero-sequence circuit natural frequency.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing of measured parameters amplitude and wider field of application.
