FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurements in electrical networks with an isolated and compensated neutral voltage of 6–35 kV. Essence: control current is formed in the form of a sinusoidal fragment of the industrial frequency in the network zero-sequence circuit. Voltage and current in the artificial neutral are monitored. Current curve and the neutral voltage are fixed at the time of the control current. In this case, an adaptive digital FIR filter of the first order with coefficients 1, -1 and delay time T is used to extract the information components, equal to the N whole number of periods of the industrial frequency. Determine the capacity of the electrical network as the ratio of the area of the current to the maximum voltage taking into account the duration of the measurement interval t and the coefficient of reduction to the primary quantities.
EFFECT: technical result: increased accuracy of measuring the network capacity and reduced level of electromagnetic interference.
