FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to transfusionology, and its results will be actual for medical practice. Method relates to selecting donors of blood plasma using for treating patients suffering from infectious diseases and postoperative, injury and burn complications by analyzing immunological blood indicators. Content of bactericidal protein, increasing permeability of cell membranes, is being analyzed, and blood is being sampled in patients, in blood plasma of which its concentration is more than 1.5 ng/ml in males and more than 1.0 ng/ml in females.
EFFECT: invention provides higher clinical effectiveness in patients suffering from infectious diseases and postoperative, injury and burn complications.
