FIELD: acoustics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to acoustics, in particular, to aircraft engines nacelles sound absorbing panels. Acoustic panel comprises cellular panel, having cells, in which membrane caps are arranged. Membrane plastic caps are made from flexible material sheets, which can be perforated before or after, that this material is inserted into cellular panel. Flexible material is flexible enough to, that it could be folded into form of membrane cap. Besides, this flexible material has such width of fixation surface and such material recoverability, which enable to provide friction closure and membrane cap fixation to cellular panel cell, when cap is inserted into cellular panel, in process of acoustic structure making. After caps are inserted into cellular panel cells, to ensure permanent attachment bonding agent is applied onto membrane caps. Caps perforation is performed with laser.
EFFECT: technical result is higher strength of structure.
