FIELD: acoustics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to acoustics particularly to means of suppression of acoustic noise. Device is a cellular structure including a cell to accommodate membranes. Cells have shape of hexagon and are formed by pairs of parallel walls, part of which is longer than the rest. Membrane consist of warp and weft fibres which are perpendicular to each other. Membranes are oriented in cells of cellular structure so that the weft fibres and/or warp fibres are perpendicular to the largest wall. Cells form resonators and membranes are glued to walls of cells. Warp fibres are more flexible than weft ones and have less diameter. Device is used as a sound-absorbing structure of aircraft engine nacelle.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of reliability.
